For more detailed advice, I am currently offering an initial consultation, including a site visit at a fixed price of £95 plus travel costs, for site within the Hampshire and Dorset areas. Site and Development Appraisals The preparation of a planning application often involves considerable expense in the preparation of plans, supporting documents etc. A site appraisal will give you a detailed, independent assessment of the relevant planning policies and issues and provide clear advice about the development potential of your site or the prospects of a particular proposal. Design and Access Statements Design and access statements are becoming more necessary in the submission of even simple applications and requests for pre application advice. These assist both the client and local planning authority in ensuring that the best solution is reached for any proposal. Planning Applications We can submit applications on your behalf or assist in advising you at any stage of the application process. Many applications now require a variety of additional information in terms of bio-diversity surveys and environmental statements and we will assess which details are needed and submit them as part of a comprehensive application package. Planning Appeals We are experienced in all forms of appeals from written representations to public inquiries and will ensure that your interests are fully represented. Neogiation / Liaison Effective negotiation with local authorities and other interested parties, such as neighbours, both prior to the submission of and during the application process is essential in reducing uncertainty and saving time. We can provide a single point of contact and keep you informed of all issues that would affect your project. Third Party Representation We provide advice and assistance to local residents and other parties affected by development proposals and can help you understand the relevant procedures and submit representations on your behalf if required. |
